HOPE !
Friday 15.03.2019, Global Climate Strike, Lausanne: 13'000 people, mostly students, in the streets demanding net zero domestic carbon footprint by 2030. This is over 9% of the Lausanne population (140'000). According to the "3.5% rule", every non-violent protest in history mobilizing 3.5% of the population was successful - very promising indeed.
Similar action happend in over 100 countries, involving more than a million students in total. These children are way ahead of their countries' leaders.
